In the following, the term “the Agency” refers to Ezypzy Dev.
Terms
These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the use of all services provided by the Agency, a creative brand experience agency specializing in strategy, design, and digital engagement.
By engaging in services, making a payment, or communicating with us via email, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as all applicable policies linked within. If you do not accept these terms, do not proceed with payment or service use.
By accepting these Terms of Service through a clickwrap agreement (checkbox acceptance), engaging in email communication, or making a payment, you also acknowledge and accept that all calls may be recorded for security, integrity, training, and compliance purposes.
Services
The Agency provides creative brand experiences, including but not limited to brand strategy, visual identity, marketing campaigns, digital design, and interactive content. By using these services, you agree to the scope and limitations outlined in the Service Agreement Policy. Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all creative work produced by the Agency remains its intellectual property and is licensed for personal or internal business use only. Commercial use, resale, or modification without prior approval is prohibited and may require additional fees. See the Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy for details.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and must be made according to the terms outlined in the Payment & Billing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Late payments may result in service delays, additional fees, or legal action. The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.
Revisions & Project Scope
The Agency provides a set number of revisions per project as specified in the Revision & Scope Policy. Any additional revisions or work outside the agreed-upon scope will require a new agreement and may incur extra costs.
Privacy & Confidentiality
The Agency respects client confidentiality and handles all personal and project-related data according to its Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Policy. However, the Agency is not responsible for any data breaches or unauthorized access caused by third parties.
Limitations of Liability
All services and creative works are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Agency is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of its services. Termination of Services
The Agency reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, policy violations, or breach of agreement. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy.
Policy Changes
The Agency may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Federal Republic of United States of America or through binding arbitration where applicable.
