In the following, the term “the Agency” refers to Ezypzy Dev.
Agreement to Terms
By engaging the Agency for services, making a payment, or otherwise working with the Agency, you (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement and all related policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy, and Payment & Billing Policy.
This agreement is legally binding upon acceptance of a clickwrap agreement (checkbox acceptance before payment), email correspondence agreeing to terms, or successful payment for services. No signed contract is required unless requested.
Scope of Services
The Agency provides creative brand experience services, including but not limited to:
Websites
Brand & Packaging Identity
Product Development & Manufacturing
Business Development & Strategy
Experiential design & interactive content
Visual design, motion graphics & UI/UX
Other creative services as outlined in project agreements
The specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements for each project will be detailed in an individual project scope or proposal. Any work requested outside the agreed-upon scope will require a new agreement and may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
All projects require upfront payment, partial deposit, or a structured payment schedule as outlined in the Payment & Billing Policy.
Failure to make a payment on time may result in delayed delivery, suspension of work, or termination of services.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner. The Agency is not liable for delays due to slow client feedback.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
The Agency retains ownership of all creative work unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
The Client receives a limited-use license for personal or internal business purposes unless additional commercial rights are purchased.
Resale, modification, or redistribution of work without permission is prohibited.
The Agency may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Federal Republic of United States of America or through binding arbitration where applicable.
