In the following, the term “the Agency” refers to Ezypzy Dev.

Terms

The Agency communicates with Clients through email, phone or video calls, SMS messaging (when opted in), and internal project channels where applicable. These communications may include project updates, scheduling, service alerts, billing notices, support information, or limited promotional content.

By engaging with the Agency, submitting a service inquiry, completing a payment, or entering into any working agreement, the Client consents to receive communication through the methods listed above.

Call Recording

Phone and video calls between the Client and the Agency may be recorded.

Recorded calls are used for the following purposes:

Staff training and quality assurance
Documentation of project requirements and approvals
Security and legal compliance
Resolution of disputes

By participating in a phone or video call with the Agency, the Client consents to the recording of that communication unless otherwise stated before the start of the call.

SMS Messaging & Consent

If the Client provides a mobile phone number and opts in to SMS messaging, the Agency may send text messages related to:

Project reminders and key updates
Internal project coordination and creative development
Urgent service-related notices
Limited marketing or promotional messages

The Client may opt in by checking the consent box during onboarding, submitting a mobile number through a designated form, or confirming via written communication.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply based on the Client’s mobile carrier.

SMS Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from the Agency, the Client may:

Reply STOP to any text message
Send an email request to opt out at sms@ezypzy.dev

Upon opting out, the Client will no longer receive SMS communication unless they re-subscribe or re-initiate opt-in consent.

Email & Essential Notices

The Agency uses email to deliver essential service communication, including:

Project timelines, feedback, and deliverables
Invoice notices and billing reminders
Terms, policy updates, and client support

While Clients may unsubscribe from promotional messages, they may not opt out of service-critical emails while engaged in an active project or account relationship.

Responsibility of Contact Information

The Client is responsible for ensuring all contact information provided to the Agency is accurate and up to date. The Agency is not responsible for missed communication due to outdated or incorrect contact details.

Data Retention

Records of communication, including emails, text messages, and call recordings, may be retained as part of the Client’s project history and documentation. These records are stored securely and used for reference, legal, and training purposes as permitted by law.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the effective date and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised policy.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Federal Republic of United States of America or through binding arbitration where applicable.
