Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the following, the term “the Agency” refers to Ezypzy Dev.

Agreement to Payment Terms

By initiating a project with the Agency and submitting payment, the Client agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. Due to the creative and time-invested nature of our services, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

Cancellations by the Client

If the Client chooses to cancel a project after payment has been made:

Before any work begins: The Client may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative or setup fees, if the Agency has not yet started on research, design, or development.
After work has begun: The Client will not be eligible for a refund. This includes time spent on strategy, design drafts, development, consultation, or communication.
After project completion: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to legal@ezypzy.dev. The cancellation request is considered received once confirmed in writing by the Agency.

Cancellations by the Agency

The Agency reserves the right to cancel a project or service at any time due to:

Non-payment or overdue invoices
Breach of contract or policy violations
Client misconduct, abuse, or unprofessional behavior
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable conditions)

If the Agency cancels a project before any work begins, the Client will be eligible for a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be granted at the Agency’s discretion, based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Initial deposits or retainers
Rush fees
Payments made for work already delivered
Payments covering third-party costs (e.g., stock assets, printing, hosting, plugins)

Project Pauses and Inactivity

If the Client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required assets, feedback, or approvals for 30 days or more, the project will be marked as inactive.

The Agency is not obligated to issue a refund for inactive or abandoned projects.
To resume a paused project, a reactivation fee may apply.
After 60 days of inactivity, the project may be closed permanently, and no refunds will be issued.

Disputes & Chargebacks

The Client agrees to resolve any billing or service concerns directly with the Agency before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement.
The Agency reserves the right to pursue legal action and recovery fees in the event of a chargeback filed without prior resolution attempts.

Service Adjustments or Replacements

If the Client is dissatisfied with a deliverable, the Agency may, at its sole discretion, offer:

Additional revision(s), if within scope
Credit toward future services
An adjusted deliverable or alternative solution

Refunds will not be issued in lieu of services already rendered or revisions already completed.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the effective date and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised policy.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Federal Republic of United States of America or through binding arbitration where applicable.
