Revision & Scope Policy

of estarz LLC, DBA Ezypzy Dev

In the following, the term “the Agency” refers to Ezypzy Dev.

Standard Revision Terms

All projects include a set number of revisions, which will be defined in the project proposal, service agreement, or invoice. A “revision” refers to a round of changes made to a deliverable after the Client has reviewed it. Unless otherwise specified in a custom proposal or contract, each project includes:

Five (5) minor revisions, and
Three (3) major revisions

A single revision round includes one consolidated list of feedback from the Client. Feedback submitted in parts or spread across multiple communications may be counted as separate rounds at the Agency’s discretion.

Minor Revisions

Minor revisions refer to small, detail-level changes, such as:

Text edits and copy adjustments
Color swaps or font tweaks
Spacing, alignment, or simple layout refinements
Resizing or formatting for different platforms

Major Revisions

Major revisions involve significant adjustments to structure, visual direction, or concept, including:

Layout redesigns or restructuring of visual hierarchy
Creative redirection based on revised client preferences
Adding or removing substantial sections of content or functionality
Alternate concept exploration based on feedback
Overall content overhauls

If the Client is uncertain whether a request qualifies as a minor or major revision, clarification may be requested from the Agency before proceeding.

Additional Revisions

If the Client requests more revisions than the number agreed upon:

Additional rounds will be billed at the Agency’s current hourly or per-revision rate
Revisions may delay the final delivery date depending on the complexity of the changes requested
Work may be paused until the additional revision fee is accepted and paid

All out-of-scope revisions must be approved by both parties before work continues.

What Counts as a Revision

Revisions include updates such as:

Visual tweaks (colors, layout, spacing, styling)
Text edits or content swaps
Adjustments to align the deliverable with the original brief

Revisions do not include entirely new creative directions, major restructuring of layouts, or conceptual changes beyond the original scope. These are considered scope changes and are subject to additional fees and timeline extensions.

Project Scope

Each project is executed based on a clearly defined scope, outlined in the project agreement, proposal, or email confirmation. The scope includes:

Deliverables
Format and quantity
Timeline and key milestones
Revision rounds included

Any new requests outside of this original scope, such as new deliverables, platform adaptations, strategic pivots, or third-party integration, will be treated as a new phase or separate engagement, not a revision.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

Providing timely feedback after each deliverable or revision
Consolidating feedback into a single round when possible
Approving or requesting changes within the agreed project schedule

Failure to provide feedback within a reasonable time frame (typically 5 business days) may result in project delays, extended timelines, or additional charges for rescheduling.

The Agency is not liable for delays caused by slow or inconsistent Client communication.

Timeline Adjustments

Excessive or delayed revisions may result in:

Adjusted project timelines
Rescheduling of future deliverables
Re-prioritization of other Client work in the Agency’s pipeline

In cases where the Client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused and subject to reactivation fees.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the effective date and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised policy.
